Eduardo Soto is a Mexican cartoonist.  Translation by Yoshie Furuhashi (@yoshiefuruhashi | yoshie.furuhashi [at] gmail.com).  According to La Jornada, more than 100 mayors, aldermen, and other municipal officials in Mexico have been threatened, assaulted, kidnapped, and murdered by organized crime since 2008.  Cf.
