    Media once called Azov neo-Nazis. Now they hide that fact

    News outlets have stopped labelling the Azov Regiment as neo-Nazis because it has become politically inconvenient.

    Thank God, Russia eschews any triumphalism over the surrender of the so-called neo-Nazi Azov regiment in the Azovstal factory complex in Mariupol. The Defence Ministry in Moscow announced on Friday that a total of 2,439 “Azov Nazis” and Ukrainian servicemen had laid down their arms since May 16, and that the entire Azovstal complex is now under control of Russian forces.

    The supreme heroes of the West are the mostly neo-Nazi soldiers of the Azov regiment. These heroes, who smell of sulphur and swastikas, the Western journalists do not want to hear about them, they are only heroic fighters of the free and democratic Ukraine, a fabulous country where life was good before the Russian special operation.
